Our unique in-house multi-discipline team is distributed across three core elements: piezoelectric ceramics, ultrasonic probes and automated monitoring solutions.
Our extreme environment HotSense™ ultrasonic platform enables continuous online ultrasonic monitoring, through a temperature range of -55 to +550 °C. We enable plant digitalisation and the realisation of Industrial IOT solutions with data, such as corrosion and erosion, delivered direct to plant control rooms or the cloud.
Ionix also offer a range of HotSense™ UT ultrasonic inspection transducers for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of on-stream assets, at low or high temperatures. This includes dual probes for thickness, erosion and corrosion surveys and angled probes for weld inspection, such as Time-of-Flight-Diffraction (TOFD). We also enable plant digitalisation and the realisation of industrial IOT solutions.
